These and other registered or unregistered trademarks or service marks that appear on the Site (collectively the "Trademarks") are the exclusive property of their respective owners. You may not use the Trademarks for any purpose without our express written permission. The Site, including all writings, text, images, concepts, software, documents, files, and other materials and information, is the exclusive property of Best College Fit®, or its licensors. The exclusive rights of Best College Fit® in the Site include all worldwide rights under copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral rights, database rights, and all other intellectual property rights. You may use the information and materials on this Site only for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, retransmit, or make derivative works from any part of the Site without our express written permission.
You agree to comply with all laws and regulations in your use of the Site. You agree not to post information or materials on the Site that violates the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party, or that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise violates these Terms of Use. You agree to defend, indemnify, and to hold Best College Fit®, and its owners and employees, harmless from and against any claims, actions, causes of action, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Site or any materials or information you post on the Site. Shipment of Goods
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, normally within 1-3 business days. We will notify you immediately if any item cannot be shipped within 5 business days. If you would like an order sent RUSH, please call or send an email accompanying the order requesting the type of rush shipping (overnight, second day air, etc.) you desire. If you email, please include a phone number where we may contact you to authorize additional shipping charges.
Please contact us regarding shipments outside the United States. Minimal additional charges are on a per order basis.
If you are not fully satisfied with an item and wish to return or exchange it, please return it in saleable condition in a padded envelope within 30 days with the reason for dissatisfaction and crediting information, and/or call us for details.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising under these Terms of Use shall lie exclusively with the state and federal courts in and for Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

Newsletter /Opt-out
If a user wishes to subscribe to our newsletter or email prompts for our blog, we ask for contact information such as name, email address, city and state. (City and state simply helps us track geographic reach, and allows for local mailings regarding appearances in that area.) If you receive an initial newsletter, having not signed up via the website, it may be because you have expressed interest via previous personal or professional communications, or have purchased a product in the past. If you receive an email or other promotional materials in error, please accept our sincere apologies, and simply click the "opt out/unsubscribe" link to be permanently removed from our list. Compiling/updating mailing lists is a monumental task, and human error is sometimes a factor. We respect your privacy, and our intention is to send only occasional, requested emails that will provide information, inspiration and special offers to the recipient. Email-A-Friend
Periodically, users elect to use our referral service to inform friends about our site. When this happens, we ask for the friend's name and email address. www.BestCollegeFit.com will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting her/him to visit the site. Our site stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email. The referred party may elect to contact us at www.BestCollegeFit.com to request the removal of this information from our database.

This site may make chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or news groups available to its users. Please remember any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution in how you participate.
